Account Deletion Request

We respect your data privacy. Learn how to securely delete your account and associated data from our systems.

Option 1: Delete via the PointLink App (Automated)

The fastest way to remove your account is directly within the app:

  1. Open the PointLink App on your device.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your personal data, ride history, and active sessions will be permanently erased.

Option 2: Delete via Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

  • Send an email to support@pointlink.co.zw.
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  • Include the phone number or email address associated with your PointLink account.
  • Our support team will process your request and securely purge your data within 7-14 business days.
Note: Financial transaction logs related to completed rides or wallet top-ups may be retained securely for up to 7 years in compliance with Zimbabwean financial regulations.
