Welcome to PointLink! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PointLink's Mobile Application and Website.

1. Services: PointLink provides a platform connecting users with various transport and logistics services, including ride-hailing, delivery, and specialized transport. All services are subject to availability and the terms of the individual service providers.
2. User Accounts: You must register an account to use most features of PointLink. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Payments: All payments for services are processed through the app. PointLink supports various payment methods including cash, EcoCash, and Paynow. Commission fees apply to drivers as per their agreement.
4. Data Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
5. Limitation of Liability: PointLink is a platform provider and is not responsible for the actions of its users or third-party service providers. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any services provided through the app.
6. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
7. Changes to Terms: PointLink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any changes.
